The kitchen cabinets are going in. 

Exterior

The exterior is nearly complete. 

Update

3rd floor - nearly all trim is complete and carpet is going in units. 

Building fire safety singage has been installed along with unit number plaques.

The siding is starting to take shape. 

1st floor drywall will be completed by the end of the week. Below are photos of the light tray in the 1st floor elevator lobby.

3rd floor. Accent walls, electrical devices, and kithen floors are being installed. 

Paint

1/2 of 3rd floor is primed. Will texture Tueaday and paint Wednesday. 

Update

The parking lot is nearly complete and we should be wrapping it up on Monday.

3rd floor - the sound / fire channel is being installed followed by drywall.
