Update

The roofing system is complete. The parking lot curbs are poured. We are pre-rocking the building now. Should be ready for insulation next week Tuesday on 3rd floor.

The roof is sheathed and dried in. The shingles are being installed.

The roof is going on and we have about half the building dried in.

Half of the roof trusses are now set. 

The transformer pad is set and ready for Alliant to connect the power. 

The Stormwater is also starting to go in.

Today is the first day swinging roof trusses.

The 3rd floor deck is on and exterior wall are built.

The first floor exterior walls are going up, the pad had been placed for the crane ready to swing 2nd floor trusses Wednesday.
