Paint

1/2 of 3rd floor is primed. Will texture Tueaday and paint Wednesday.

The parking lot is nearly complete and we should be wrapping it up on Monday.

3rd floor - the sound / fire channel is being installed followed by drywall.

The parking lot is moving along and will be complete Friday. 3rd floor half the mechanicals are inspected and we are insulating. Drywall will be loaded later today and we will start rocking Friday.

The roofing system is complete. The parking lot curbs are poured. We are pre-rocking the building now. Should be ready for insulation next week Tuesday on 3rd floor.

The roof is sheathed and dried in. The shingles are being installed.

The roof is going on and we have about half the building dried in.

Half of the roof trusses are now set. 

The transformer pad is set and ready for Alliant to connect the power. 

The Stormwater is also starting to go in.
